Greetings, I am writing to share that I am a grateful client who receives mobile psychotherapy services. I have been hospitalized multiple times over the past year due to traumatic events. The hospital social worker referred me to The Lincoln Center for Family and Youth because I have no health insurance and am currently between jobs. The mobile psychotherapist works with me at my home and that alleviates much concern since I do not have a car and only use public transportation. My therapist meets with me regularly, stays in contact with me through phone and email and provides many educational resources including mindfulness about trauma. I have been incorporating therapeutic strategies into my daily routine and am truly on a healing journey. I have so much gratitude for the services that have been provided to me as a client and can’t speak highly enough about The Lincoln Center for Family and Youth!!
