Review for Operation Asha, Chicago, IL, USA
OpAsha has achieved a default rate of close to 2% in urban slums in 2009. This is unprecedented because urban slums are challenging areas with migratory population. Thus, OpAsha has ‘turned the tap off’ on MDR.
