When I first heard about AMR, I thought for sure it was too good to be true. Then I went on my first respite weekend. Wow. Time away from home and responsibilities, in a beautiful setting, with wonderful women who understand the difficulties of caring for those with extra needs. It's ok to socialize, or stay in your room all weekend. No ice breakers or mandatory meetups. No judgement. All at a very reduced cost. I still marvel at Andrea's dedication to us, strangers. So many thanks
