They overprice things and they never have sales. I do not recommend this place to anyone unless you like to pay an arm and a leg for secondhand products.

At one point I was a volunteer there and I saw first hand what hand up truly is. They are greedy and rude. The manager treats the volunteers with disrespect. She gets off on belittling her volunteers and she treats them like they're her personal butler. I often hear her scolding volunteers and talking rude to them when I'm in the store. Something has to change because I'm not the only with this opinion.
