I was attracted several years ago to the outstanding mission of Open Door, and soon after became a volunteer. I'm so glad I did. You can't beat a warm and friendly staff and atmosphere, combined with the service OD provides for their Freehold Community. it is very very clear to me, the people seeking help from OD not only need this service, but always express how grateful they are. Volunteering at OD, especially around the Thanksgiving season, is just a rewarding and heartwarming experience. I since have joined the board and truly enjoy my time and relationship with OD.
