Review for Action In Community Through Service of Prince William County, Dumfries, VA, USA
I was able to work with ACTS days before Christmas 2010. My daughter-in-law, grandchildren and I went to the family shelter and made some beaded jewelry with the children and mothers that were spending Christmas at the shelter. The excitement in those children's eyes was a great gift to me. ACTS provides a great service to families who are suffering hard times and need a little lift to keep things together. We are grateful such services are provided. Who knows when WE may need them. I know they made Christmas a lot brighter this year.
