A Mother's Rest Foundation illuminates all that is good and right in this world. Surely God must have smiled on the day this charity was born. In my whole adult life can only remember a handful of places, ostensibly "vacations" , where there was not some transactional relationship happening. This is one of them. Months later I still chuckle thinking of the fun I had. I nearly forgot fun is a thing and the freedom to do what I want, when I want, how I want still exists, if only for a few days. Friends, the lady who champions this is remarkable. I remain in awe of how she juggles so many many balls. It's inspiring. Mom's with kids with exceptional needs know one seriously mood disordered kid is like raising 10 typical kids. If you didn't know that already, trust me it is true. And very few (to NONE) of the children with special needs have a single need. Indeed, most could have textbooks written about them. We're intelligent people. You must know there is no way on this side of heaven that so many people (all people
!!! ) have rated this organization with 5 stars for good reason; It's a life jacket for not just mom's but their kid as well since we leave refreshed and ready for battle :)
