This is the best rescue group in the DC-Baltimore region. We researched dozens and applied to over 15 rescues. Caring Hearts did the best job of rehabilitating and getting to know their dogs. We were matched with the sweetest pup, just the right combination of traits for us. Most of the other rescues focus on volume and don't know their rescued animals or adopters very well. Caring Hearts goes above and beyond with support after the adoption. We have remained in touch and gotten advice on food, grooming, vet care, and keeping our dog secure so he doesn't get out. We're looking forward to boarding with them when we go out of town.
