I have been diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease. Without the financial help I receive from the PAN Foundation, I would not be able to receive the newest and best drugs available for this disease. They are a God send for me. Everyone I have encountered at PAN Foundation has been helpful and a pleasure to deal with.
