I recently found out about the The Quell Foundation. As a parent of two adult children with mental health issues, I wish I found about the Quell Foundation earlier. As those of you who experienced any family member or friend struggle with mental health knows, it is difficult for the individual to talk about it or even ask for help from the closest people in their lives. Thank you The Quell Foundation for breaking the barrier regarding the stigmatism on mental health.
