I founded Dharamsala Animal Rescue (DAR) in India in 2009. If not for the support of SPCA International, we would not be where we are today. DAR has been a recipient of the Shelter Impact Fund since 2015. Their support has not only allowed us to grow our programs each year, but it gives us much needed credibility as a small organization. The team at SPCA International is so easy to work with and it is clear that we all have the same mission in mind, to help animals in need. I cannot thank them enough!
