I have been donating through N4G for years, and it used to be a seamless, frustration-free experience. Then, about three years ago, they "updated" their website, and now the experience is awful. I give much less b/c I can't wait to get off the site. Some examples from 2022:
- Submitted my donations (that final credit card Submit)--only to have a popup come up to say that no donations could go to X org. OK, so why is that org. in their listings?
- Removed the "offending" charity and resubmitted. Another popup came up saying another charity could not receive donations. Again, why is this org. in their listings, and why am I not being told until I'm ready to give?
- Removed the second "offending" org. and tried to resubmit. Third popup saying my transaction had failed. No reason given. All personal info, etc., was correct. Said I should try back in a couple hours. I've tried three times on three different days. This site is absolutely worthless.
