My name is Thomas C Couram.

I am 62 years old.

I’m homeless and am being harassed every day by police and the
minions they control.

I have a blood clot in one leg and a blood pressure that is in the critical stage.

Motorcycles and souped up cars follow me everywhere I go.
They simulate with modified mufflers, firing gunshots and explosions at me night and day.

I cannot get a job because I have no I.D., and in nearly 3 years had has no help getting one in this town. They made it clear from day one, I would get no help, even though I did not come from the South to the North of my own free will.

The same government/military that falsely arrested me and forced me to take a shot in 2009, that gave
me a blood clot and heart problems, and nearly causing my death from cancer, trafficked me to this town.

They control and monitor all my communications. Two months ago, my daughter offered to send me money. Before I could get back to her with a place to send funds, she dropped off the face of the earth.
She has not posted on her blog or gotten in touch with me since.

I can’t use my proof of income letter from the Social Security administration to get a loan. My first pay- out is on Dec 14, but because I am in a government cointel pro program, for protesting vicious pedophilia in books and songs, the post office ( I use general delivery for an address) is giving me the run around despite the fact that the Lady in the SS office, is calling them and making great efforts to ensure I get the mail.

I was trafficked to this town by the Feds and they have made my life a hell for nearly 3 years.

My first week here, they started a 3-alarm fire in an abandoned Highrise because I was sleeping there.
Three weeks later, they attacked me with a SWAT team, stomped a painting, I meant to try and sell, repeatedly punched me in the face and threatened to execute me with an assault rifle after I was handcuffed.
All this less than 4 months after I was brutalized in Memphis Tenn by police, falsely arrested and literally denied a trial.

This has been a 15 year and counting, relentless hate crime against me by the government and military.
I am harassed everywhere I go in Lucas County, even in the Library.
I tried to file a lawsuit 8 months after the SWAT team and was barred from even entering the court house
Five months ago, I filed again, and has been waiting to this day simply for the Judge to rule whether or
not I could proceed pro se. This is a process that is usually immediate if you qualify as an indigent person.
Seven months ago, I could have gotten a birth certificate and so a job, from a program called GoodWill.
The guy took my info and when I came back the next day, he told me he had been blocked out of the system.
The same information I gave him, I gave to a woman at the SS office in September, and she verified me ideniity. I can now get the I.D. but I don’t have the fee.

I would have the fee, because the woman sent me a SS card and a debit card, but the post office sent my mail back despite the woman making arrangements with them. The woman made another arrangement with them and ten days later they claim my mail hadn’t arrive.

This is a process that happens with everything I do in this town just to get food and get off the streets.
Every day they run ahead of me and try to prevent me from even eating out the dumpsters.

For almost three years the police would stake out every dumpster I went to, and suddenly nothing can be found in the dumpster.
I tried to file a complaint with police internal affairs and was told he would not take a complaint from me.

I emailed to police-oversee board, and have heard nothing from them.
Because I paid into the system for over 30 years, I have income now, starting on Dec, 14.
The reason I’m writing this letter is because I know they
are going try to block me getting the funds, despite the fact that I already have a printed letter stating
when the benefits will start and how much.
I can get a loan now because the woman also gave me a “proof of income” letter.

My crime for 15 years of false arrests, brutality, blacklisting for all employment, and
relentless harassment was protesting and writing about the murder, torture and rape of
Children.
I have no regrets.
