As a trainer at DPI Adaptive Fitness, I have had the pleasure and privilege of working with an AFL scholarship awardee. At the conclusion of her 12 awarded sessions, this client demonstrated noticeable improvements in functional strength and walking endurance, and reported improved confidence during her daily activities, along with an improved outlook and more hopeful attitude about her life.
