When I was 18 years old, I was part of Theatre Bristol's production of A Midsummer Night's Dream. That experience was so wonderful, I auditioned for the next show, Beauty and the Beast, and landed the role of The Beast. In addition, I found just as much enjoyment in working backstage for other productions. Now, my 13 year old is part of this year's production of Elf The Musical, and is also using his artistic ability to assist backstage with prop/set production.

Theatre Bristol has provided for my child and I (and other families as well) this unique, generational experience. We have enjoyed swapping Theatre Bristol stories, and have strengthened our bond because of it.

The people that run Theatre Bristol are kind, welcoming, and supportive. It is a wonderful, rewarding commitment in which to involve yourself and your family. I would recommend it highly to anyone who has a love for the arts, collaboration, and community.
