I was trained in the Modeling Method in 1998 and I have been leading workshops ever since. The AMTA was created for one purpose: to support and enhance physics education. With their support I have been able to offer modeling workshops both in- person and online for hundreds of physics educators across the US. It is my sincere hope that the AMTA will continue to support physics education for years to come.
