We had a terrible experience. We're a small non profit that really didn't need a donor management system. Network for Good approached us, calling for an initial consultation and then following up relentlessly until we agreed to their "no risk trial and money back guarantee." Two different reps would call during dinner, night after night. It was ridiculous. They promised that if we didn't raise as much as the previous year, they would refund us. Well turns out that was NOT the case. We lost a lot of money, and they refused to issue the refund, saying that we failed to meet several terms and conditions that were never verbally discussed during the meetings. It was a terrible and predatory experience. Avoid!
