Jim and Kathy are very friendly and down to earth. My mobile home is a 1968 and has never had air conditioning. They helped with the process of getting a window unit installed in my living room and it makes all the difference.

Was so nice to work with very caring and helpful people like those two. I could tell they enjoyed what they do. They were very patient and helpful. I can't say enough about them, or the organization.
