I’ve been part of this group for many years. It has been a way to help each other as a military wives from new to experienced. It also has been less intimidating since when I joined I felt more comfortable speaking in Spanish. It is a great way to make friends who speak the same language and have a similar cultural background. When you are a military wife, life is hectic and it changes in the blink of an eye. It is a great source providing us with up-to-date information and great service to our community. At the same time, we also help each other. We can share our experiences and answer other military spouses' concerns when PCS-ing. This page also helps military spouses in not-so-great situations when they can be threatening. I know that for many spouses this is the only way to communicate and get information about military situations. For me it has been a great asset, it has helped me and I've been able to help others. I do hope to see this organization keep expanding and keep helping other military spouses.
