I met Jen (owner and founder of Town and Country) and Christine about 7 years ago. Since then I have seen all the amazing work this rescue does. Not only saving many dogs from the Euthanasia list but actually ensuring they are healthy and adoptable before they post for adoption. She gets medical care for all her dogs and she gets dogs trained who need it. She never gives up on a dog no matter the time or expense. Amazingly if she has a dog with a risky medical condition she covers all medical expenses for life. I don’t know many rescues that do that.

A dog getting a loving home is her only objective. I have attended dog adoption events with them and they are always open and honest about their dogs. They don’t just want them to get a home, they want them to get the right home. For both the dog and the owner.

I can’t say enough good things about this rescue. If you are looking for a dog this rescue is one to definitely check out.
