Lotus Bloom is a great organization supporting caregivers of children birth to 5 years old that may not be participating in a formal preschool setting. Lotus Bloom provides curriculum-based playgroups that are culturally affirming to their diverse families. Lotus Bloom is well-respected and loved by families and CBOs in Oakland. They are great partners and a strong voice for families in the early care and education ecosystem.

Tandem has been an amazing partner. Together, we are bringing exciting programming to the East Oakland Havenscourt community. The Havenscourt Cub House is a resource center for families with young children birth to 5 years where we offer playgroups, activities to build reading and numeracy literacy, and resources like diapers, access to child care, and other family-centric support.
