Joining the volunteer team at Sharing Connections has been a rewarding experience for me. I had been in a helping profession my entire career and after I retired, I missed the connections I made with people in need.

One of my most gratifying experiences at Sharing Connections was participating in the holiday toy drive. Cruising around the warehouse with a shopping cart, selecting a child's holiday wishes was truly exhilarating. I knew that I was contributing to a needy child/family and providing them with the holiday experience they might not have had otherwise.
