Husky haven has changed my life. I adopted a beautiful dog named Charlotte, who would have been put down due to an overcrowded shelter. The shelter contacted Husky Haven, who drove to Gainesville to get her. The put her in a kennel with a doctor who treated her. She was so matted with skin issues and all. I saw her beautiful face on husky haven and I knew she was the dog for me. She was so loving to everyone she met and gave tons of kisses. I had her for about 5 years and she died of old age. I now got a second dog through husky haven, named Shadow. He fills my life with so much love and fun. Francia is the most amazing person to run Husky Haven, she not only gives all her time and love but runs a dopio (26 miles) to raise money for the dogs at husky haven, and she is not a runner. We love Francia and Husky Haven with all of our heart. Thank you for all you do!!!!!
