I'm incredibly thankful to The Quell Foundation for their support in helping me pursue my graduate degree. I achieved the Bridge the Gap Scholarship, which allowed me to continue my work as a mental health clinician. The Quell Foundation's efforts to bring mental health awareness to colleges, universities, and the public is significant and has impacted many individuals personally and professionally. I believe the foundation's work has consistently allowed for community building and embracing shared values in pursuit of creating meaningful messaging around such an important aspect of our livelihood.
