I have been a volunteer for TechGirlz for almost a year, and have recently joined the Teen Advisory Board. In my experience, TechGirlz has done a wonderful job engaging girls at a younger age so that we have a more diverse representation within the ever-expanding and influential technology field. An organization that truly cares, TechGirlz listens to feedback and implements changes every month in order to make its programs better. They encourage their volunteers to go above and beyond when finding ways to get involved, and truly create an encouraging community. I am proud to be a volunteer for such an organization.
