From Grief to Hope is an amazing group of members who have suffered loss in their lives. We are on a journey through grief and having the support of such a amazing group really helps. I lost my son by suicide in 2018. Three years later in 2021, I lost my second son, also by suicide. I am beyond devastated! Through this group I have been loved and supported. I realize grief, great loss and suffering is a season of our life we cannot go around, we must go through the grief. My sons would not want for me to live the rest of my life in deep sadness and sorrow. They each made a terrible decision to take their own lives and I cannot blame myself because I did the very best I could for them! I am trying to look for the positives in each day and know that one day I will be happy again and smile. I will never forget my sons and will forever love and miss them each and everyday.
