We found our sweet rescue pup through Operation Paws for Homes. It was love at first site for our entire family. We inquired and applied for adoption on a Friday afternoon unsure if he was still available or pending an adoption. Saturday afternoon our references were contacted and I had a phone interview that evening to finalize the Approval application. We were approved and our pup was available for adoption! Sunday morning we were driving him home. Everyone we spoke with via email, txt, and phone were super kind, professional and made sure we were prepared for adopting our pet. Our son named our puppy Phoenix. I would recommend OPH to anyone who is looking to adopt a pet. I was truly amazed at how smoothly the entire process was considering the different channels we went through during each step of the adoption process. Great communication from everyone involved. Phoenix has been a wonderful addition to our family.
