RX Outreach used be great. Now however, the wait time to get someone to answer the phone is at least an hour. Then meds take weeks to be received. There is always some excuse as to why. They don’t charge my elderly mother’s card when they say they will and that causes a huge amount of confusion. She is always having to get temp scripts from her doctor.
Brandi, On behalf of our staff, we apologize for the long wait time and difficulty with your mother's order. We take pride in providing exceptional service and have fallen short recently due to the major upgrade of our internal software. For our patient's protection, we did not migrate credit card information. This increased our call volume and required us to re-enter payment details. We now have the patient portal open and are adding more features to improve patient experience. Again, we are sorry for the recent difficulties, Brandi, and thank you for your care of your mother's health. Our staff wants to make that easier for you and we have fallen short.
