Our superintendent was very impressed with how TLC incorporated Restorative Practices with our administrative team. He has mentioned our restorative circle activity that we did with admin on a number of occasions in a variety of venues, including in our public meetings and with the board. I spoke to many other staff members that very much enjoyed and appreciated the restorative activity and would like to see more of that sort of thing. I've gotten similar feedback from other administrators as well, so, thank you!
