Review for Homeschool EmpowerED, Inc., Midlothian, VA, USA
We are truly blessed to come across Canary Academy and thankful that we were awarded to become EHEP recipients. My son needs the live experience and he is doing well with his classes and trying to independently keep his schedule and learn. We also use Flocabulary A LOT which he really enjoys and it has a wealth of material. It has also helped me, his mother, to keep track of what he has been learning. He is 11 years old and this week he went through the Budgeting class and he created his first budget tonight. He made a shopping list, researched the prices and calculated the total. I told him it was over the money I had lined up for groceries so he started cutting out items. Now that we have our budget and our grocery list, tomorrow we will go shopping! There are a lot of resources we are yet to explore but we are going slow but steady! Thank you so much for your support, promptness and your always being there when we have questions. Thank you!

We hope to continue offering more benefits to EHEP recipients every year to make homeschooling more and more affordable.
