Review for Action In Community Through Service of Prince William County, Dumfries, VA, USA
I have been affiliated with ACTS and its good works for over 20 years. I initially worked with ACTS as a church delegate from my parish church. Then over 19 years ago i was elected to the Board of Directors and have served there ever since. Over this time period i have served on various committees and task forces for the organization. I am currently serving on the Finance and Personnel committees.
One may ask why i would remain on the Boars of such an organization for this length of time. I strongly believe in the mission of ACTS and the service it provides my community. As a member of the Finance Committee accept the challenge of overseeing the management of the Agency's funds and stewardship of all of it valuable resources.

Any changes that I would recommend is dependent upon the availability of additions funds. I would like to see the ability for the Agency to provide more assistance to those of our community that are in need of food and shelter.
