Review for Project Linus, Belton, MO, USA
I live in a rural Northern Arizona Community. I had been crocheting blankets for children in Pima County in Southern Arizona, however, when we moved to the mountains, there were no Project Linus Chapters in this area at all. Reaching out to neighbors who enjoyed crocheting, knitting, and quilting, we started making blankets for our local community and soon discovered there was an overwhelming need for blankets for children in crisis or in need. Project Linus not only began to fill some of this critical need, but also began to give purpose and fulfillment to the many ladies who were creating beautiful blankets using their skills every day to bring comfort and warmth to the precious children in our community and eventually to our entire County. Project Linus has brought so much meaning to all those who choose to become involved. Cannot say enough good things about this organization.
