Rebecca Biers was very helpful. She helped me negotiate my husband's hospital bills. She was so patient since we had to play phone tag many times. We were able to pay some off and are waiting to negotiate the others. I am much less stressed because of her help. I love this organization and will recommend it to everyone. She is also going to help my husband find insurance on the marketplace during open enrollment. Thank you so much for this service!!
