For Pete's Sake was a blessing to our family of 6. I am a mother of 4 diagnosed with stage 4 terminal cancer. We were able to go to the Poconos and meet other families with cancer and make lifelong friends. I never imagined that we would make that deep of a connection with another family. It was truly a gift. Our coordinator Carol and her husband Tom introduced us to the property and really helped make our 5 days enjoyable. My little ones loved them and wanted to spend time with them. Our 5 days was so packed with activities and good food and even better company. We hardly thought about cancer the whole time. FPS is an amazing organization for families with cancer.

Our family was served by IOH back in January at a hope@homeweekend and we were so touched by the whole process. I had Haleigh to guide me through making a video and then recently was able to connect with her again to make a 2nd legacy video. She is so amazing to work with. She makes me feel so comfortable.
