I was introduced to Corazon de Vida through a friend that spoke of the joy and peace he received serving in the CdV ministry to the foster children in Mexico. I was looking for a meaningful way to serve the poor of our community and through CdV I found a grass roots organization that has a passion to serve the children of Mexico in love through spending time with them, in treasure by providing assistance to improve the quality of their housing and providing for their future through college scholarships with personal connection and encouragement thru their college years.

We are all called to serve those with less and what greater gift than to serve children who by no fault of their own have a much more challenging start to their lives than we could ever imagine. I have found a great facilitator to link arms with and serve the fostered children of Mexico and will forever be encouraged and encourage others to join with us to serve the poor.
