We love OPH! We recently adopted our first dog from them and can not say enough good things about our experience. Frank helped us through the whole process and was very friendly and responsive. Everyone we spoke to was professional, transparent, and helpful. Before OPH, we tried to get connected with a few other rescue organizations in the NOVA area and OPH was just superior in every aspect. The foster system is great and we really appreciated being able to chat with the foster and get all the information needed to know if a dog would be a good fit. We highly, highly recommend OPH and are so grateful they brought us our sweet boy!
