In response to recent negative and materially false comments posted about Shree Maharishi Bhrigu Ashram which give rise to numerous civil causes of action including but not limited to, defamation, libel, harassment, intentional interference with prospective economic advantage, and fraudulent interference with prospective economic advantage, this posting shall serve as formal and express reservation of all rights, remedies, claims and causes of action of Shree Maharishi Bhrigu Ashram against those who authored, published and/or republished such comments. Shree Maharishi Bhrigu Ashram is a legally compliant tax-exempt nonprofit organization which takes seriously any abuses or illegal actions taken by third parties to threaten its directors, officer, volunteers, members and mission. As such, Shree Maharishi Bhrigu Ashram intends to zealously defend its reputation and operations through whatever appropriate legal action available to it through its legal representatives.
