My name is Jyoti and I met Guruji in the Fall of 2013. My family and I have been actively involved in attending Bhrigu Ashram events since 2014.

Thanks to my spiritual upbringing, I have always believed in a higher power / God and have had firm conviction and Faith in Him my whole life. However, I had never really known what a Guru is because I grew up in the US. I also have to admit I was kind of a rebel and didn't like religeous rituals at all. I knew in my heart that God is everywhere, so why all the fuss?

I, like many others, read "Autobiography of a Yogi", and was inspired to find a Guru and learn Kriya Yoga. I had been passively waiting 10 years to find my Guru, as the book talked about, and to have that magical connection!

One day, I was invited to a friend's house at a lunch event to meet an "astrologer" but I got a lot more than that. I met Guruji, who transformed my life, guiding me and my family through various worldly obstacles/issues, initiating us into Gita Divya Kriya Yoga, and rounding that out with daily Satsangs and annual Yatraas (pilgrimages), nurturing our hearts and minds to help us be the best people we can be. Gita Divya Kriya Yoga is the ancient, treasured meditative technique that helps us realize the Divinity within us all and was taught by Lord Krishna to Arjuna. Practicing it gives us the firm conviction in our connection with our Guru and God. There is no proof or approval needed because one "just knows".

Spirituality and one's connection with a Spiritual Master / Guru is personal and transcends lifetimes. Either you have it or you don't. We were fortunate to find ours. I pray that everyone can find their path because that would make the world a much better place, wouldn't it? If that happened, wouldn't we all know that we are all connected? If that happened, wouldn't there be more harmony? If we could fulfill our family obligations while blossoming on our spiritual path, wouldn't that be a win-win for us?

Those are the teachings I have learned from my Guruji and Guru Maa, direct disciples of Maharishi Bhriguji Maharaj, one of the Saptarishis and timeless sages of the Universe.

In countless inspiring stories from devotees, Guruji's predictions have come true and his guidance has yielded positive results, even if at the onset it seems contrary to our logical minds. Having an analytical mind myself, it took me a while to build my Faith to this level and I think that is ok because everyone needs to build Faith from within...otherwise it is not Faith.

I am deeply grateful for Guruji and Guru Maa for devoting their lives to helping guide people, for Bhriguji Maharishiji for showering his compassion, blessings and Grace on us, and for my Bhrigu Family members for sharing their countless experiences with Bhriguji's laser-like precision in his prescriptive guidance that further strengthens our Faith!
