Review for The Trevor Project, Inc., West Hollywood, CA, USA
An amazing resource/saving-grace for so many LGBTQ youth. I'm incredibly proud of my friend who volunteers there, and even more proud to witness the good the Trevor Project does and how many lives it has both saved and put at ease as a result of all their members dedication and compassion.

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...
friends of friends who have directly contacted them for help. The sincerity and vehemence in which my friends who volunteer relay their interactions and the importance of what the project means to them.
If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
probably be overwhelmed.
What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...
how friendly and down to earth the members are despite the
The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...
lovely, concerned and friendly people.
If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...
increase it's breadth and set up headquarters in more areas...go from grassroots helpline to even more direct activism towards helping LGBTQ youth find their place in a society that as of yet still has trouble adjusting (ironic).
Ways to make it better...
I were volunteering myself.
In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...
social stigmas and close-mindedness that warrant The Trevor Projects existence in the first place. If our society were more open-minded regarding sexuality and alternate lifestyles, many of these youths would be able to find support from friends/family.
One thing I'd also say is that...
....uhm...pants.
