I've been a volunteer mediator here since 2018. I really enjoy helping people discuss and resolve their disputes since they know their situation the best, and they can usually come up with acceptable outcomes without the stress and cost of using the courts. The support, training and guidance from the DRC is outstanding! And, in my experience the DRC-MC is the very best at recognizing and appreciating their community of volunteers.
