I participated in a trip with a team from my church that traveled to Kenya in June 2022. It was an amazing trip, and JOA did a great job in everything from the pre trip team building meetings, coordination and direction of activities in Kenya, and post trip meeting and group facilitation. Their heart for the people of Kenya and heart and attitude of being co-laborers with local missionaries in view of long term poverty elimination and not being focused on short term results was refreshing. Their engagement and the relationships they had built with the children and adults in the community showed that they have a real love for them. The group study of "Helping With Out Hurting in Short Term Missions" was especially impactful.
