I have worked and traveled with Just One Africa for over a year now experiencing first-hand how they love their partners and support them in positive ways. One thing that impacts me the most about J1A is how they empower the people they work with to continue the work once they're gone. J1A's intention is never to swoop in to save the day. They come alongside and teach the people they work with so that the Kenyans take a sense of ownership in their projects. From well drilling to water filter distributions, the J1A mindset is clear -- people's hearts are at the center of all they do. They want to see lives changed for good not just for a moment. The founders of J1A are hard-working, dedicated, and some of the most thoughtful people I know. I'm blessed to say I traveled with them to Kenya twice in 2022 to see their passions first-hand.
