Review for Humane Society of Berks County Inc, Reading, PA, USA
The HSBC is a wonderful organization dedicated to animal welfare. They are also equally committed to educating the public and uniting fellow animal lovers. From the numerous outreach events to the kennel improvements, HSBC is light years ahead of other similar organizations. I have personally adopted two dogs from their Reading facility (in 2007 and 2009) and have received amazing vet services since that time. I couldn't be happier to know that this type of operation is available in our community. Thanks for all your hard work and dedication to my "children" (Haley and Belle).

the vet care received for my three dogs. I have also attended many of the Furry Fridays, Pints for Pups and Walktoberfests, among other events.

improve parking conditions, both with the number of spaces available and the quality of the pavement.

How did you find this group?
I learned about the organization years ago through word of mouth in my neighborhood. I then started volunteering roughly six years ago and eventually became a client when I adopting two dogs, one in 2007 and one in 2009.
What, if any, change in your life has this group encouraged?
I have learned a ton of information on how to train and handle my dogs. There have been a number of recommendations provided by organization employees. I have also received great advice from fellow animal lovers who I met at the different events. The best advice was on how to introduce my three dogs to my newborn in 2010. Things are going superbly on that front thanks to this organization. Thanks again!
