Where do I start! I had the pleasure of shadowing Founder Claudia Wheeler and her Salt Foundation for a week. There aren't enough words to arriculate this humbling experience. I was and am still in awe of this organization. Not only do the members of the Salt Foundation embody their mission but they execute it without bounds. As I witnessed the work all I kept thinking was how can we reach the world! How do we expand this mission to every city, every state, every town. No one should go hungry. And Claudia's commitment to break barriers, build community and bridge the gap for those in need (not just with food) with those who can provide is a true testament of her passion for the people.
