I spent 14 years in the SEAL Teams. It was the most challenging and rewarding experience of my life and an honor to serve. Unfortunately, and despite my best personal efforts, I found myself generally unprepared to re-enter the civilian sector.

The Honor Foundation was instrumental in my transition physically, mentally and spiritually. I cannot over emphasize the gratitude I have for the people and support they provided to my family and I, for FREE!

I believe THF should be mandatory for every member of the SOF community, it is that important. You don’t know what you don’t know… until you graduate and become a THF Alumni for life.
