Great experience working with these dedicated volunteers. Transitioning from the military is daunting and should be undertaken with the same seriousness as our missions. Unfortunately, many service members do not. I highly recommend working with The Honor Foundation to help figure out your best fit for civilian occupations, preparing for interviews, finding out your strengths and weaknesses, learning to speak civilian, and gaining access to a wide ranging network of professionals you otherwise would not. Set yourself up for success.
