Hello, I am a current client of Robert Cox. He has been my therapist for over 5 years.
I have several mental illnesses that have plaqued me since I was a child. These include: PTSD, Panick Aniexity Disorder, Major Depressive Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder, DID, and Suicial Ideation.
I didn't have any idea that the trauma I experienced as a child could affect me as it has. I didnt know why I had the behaviors that I displayed. I thought that I was born with missing pieces. Needless to say living was a constant struggle for me.
Since Robert Cox has been my therapist, I have learned a great deal about how trauma affected me, and how not to hate myself for what others did to me. He helped save my life.
Robert is knowledgeable about mental illness and addictions, non-judgmental, and truly cares about my work in recovery.
I believe that if he can help me, The Triston Jevon Center For Recovery can and will help others also.
