I started volunteering with TLC in the fall of 2021, and have been continually impressed with the entire team. Everyone at TLC is fully committed to the mission, and they make sure new volunteers feel like a part of the team right away - it truly feels strange to say "they" when I really think of TLC as "we". They'll work with anyone who wants to help to find the best fitting job and to make sure that they have the tools and support needed to be successful. I've worked with and volunteered for a ton of non-profit organizations, and have never seen anyone do more with less in the way TLC does. Just an outstanding organization all around.
