Pop Smoke K9 for Veterans is a 501.c3 non profit that helps stop veteran suicide by providing veterans with a well trained service dog to help them live a more productive life after the military. Pop Smoke trains service dogs for the individual needs of the veteran by working together with the veteran & dog to form a cohesive bond & trust. They offer a support system for both the veteran & the family. They offer a board & train kennel staffed by veterans. This is a volunteer organization & No-one receives a salary. All money goes to training the service dog to meet the veteran's needs.

My name is Jill Dempsey and I have had 2 Freedom Guide Dogs since 2014. Kissable Katie was my first guide dog & she was trained by John Byfield. It is because of Kissable Katie that I went from being homebound to now enjoying an active lifestyle full of the adventures. Because of the excellent training Freedom does with the dogs, I can travel freely, safely, & confidently navigate my surroundings, as well as live independently. Freedom Guide Dogs Eric Loori & Kissable Katie helped train my 2nd guide dog, Sir Enoch who now boldly takes me to new adventures & leads me along the road to a brighter independent future. Freedom's Hometown Training is unique & specific to where my dog & I will be living, working, & traveling on a daily basis. Freedom Guide Dogs ensures each dog is breed, raised, & trained to the highest standards. The handler is paired with a dog that meets that persons specific needs & requirements. Both the dog & handler train together to form a tight & cohesive bond that allows them to trust each other & move freely as a team. Freedom Guide Dog staff are friendly, helpful, & knowledgeable about both the dog & the training process. They keep you informed on your dog's progress. Questions are answered promptly. The Freedom team work together with the client to make sure the paperwork & application process are as smooth and seamless as possible. They are always available to assist with any concerns. Everyone at Freedom have been kind & helpful as I have transitioned with my visual impairment & limitations to a full & more active lifestyle. It is because of the excellent training given to Freedom Guide Dogs, as well as the compassionate & caring experienced staff that I am able to live a more active & fulfilling life. Freedom Guide Dogs is Number #1.

Old Glory Service Dogs 4 Veterans & First Responders mission is to provide training, support, & certification to Military Veterans, Law Enforcement, Fire, & EMS personnel who are in need of a certified service dog to reclaim & maintain their independence & confidence. Old Glory takes a shelter dog & helps a qualified Veteran or First Responder train the dog to be a service dog. This saves both ends of the leash! The human who needs assistance & the dog who might otherwise be euthanized. Under the supervision of licensed trainers, the veteran & dog train together to meet that veteran's specific needs & train together to form a tight, cohesive bond allowing them to work well as a team. The trainers at Old Glory are loving & compassionate. They care about the person & the dog & are available to help with training issues. There are group classes & one on one training available. This is a wonderful organization that truly cares about its members & goes above & beyond to help meet the needs of both the human & the canine. Excellent non profit. Highly visible in the community. Works with both the military & first responder communities to identify areas of need as well as cooperation.

Freedom Guide Dogs is truly an exceptional company. I have received 2 Freedom Guide Dogs. Their Hometown Training
(training me with my dogs, in my home area where we will be living) is Outstanding. They matched me with an Exceptional dog, Kissable Katie who excelled in all areas & is truly the gold standard for a guide dog. Freedom is helping me train Sir Enoch ( Katie is retiring) to the same standards of excellence. It is because of my Freedom Guide Dogs that I am able to safely, confidently leave the house & live a productive life. Freedom goes above and beyond to pair people with the most compatible dog for them. Eric Loori & the entire Freedom staff are wonderful & compassionate people. The company has excellent customer service, everyone is friendly & helpful. Freedom Guide Dogs are the Best. 5 Stars.
