Never going through this place ever again !! They will know exactly who I am after this review. I was the one who wanted Saki from Romeoville and this place never had “time” to reach back out to me but had time to constantly post on Facebook and when I addressed that they called me back right away and acted like I was going to get Saki because I was already approved to adopt but because I addressed that they won’t respond back to me they said Saki was going to go home the next day so 3 days later I go into petco and she’s still there and I texted them and said she was still there did she not get adopted ? They said let me see and I’ll get back to you which was a bunch of lies they never got back to me and I was supposed to be the next one in line for her when a week later a different family took her this place is gross they don’t care about there animals and would rather keep them in a cage instead of rehoming them and they know I was able to take her home the same day when instead they went to another family and kept her in the cage for a week these people don’t care about animals at all so many times I’d walk into petco and there was no food no water and the litter box would smell sooo bad from many cats using the same one and never cleaning it out STAY AWAY!!! GO TO DUPAGE ANIMAL CONTROL INSTEAD !! Cheaper animals and they are actually taken care of properly
